as we currently run on a pre-order basis, please bear in mind that delivery after you place an order is expected to be 5-6 weeks. it may be a bit longer.

processing and handling
orders placed monday through thursday often ship out the next day, but please allow for up to a week. in the case that something sells out or some kind of clarification is necessary we will be in touch.
exchange and returns
if you’ve made it this far you’ve probably got your hands of some of our kit.
as we operate on a limited drop basis, we do not offer exchanges. please drop a line to our customer support team to initiate a return or email dopamine@melt-cc.com and the team will be in touch.
please bear in mind that we may not have items or sizes for you to order another item if you wish to do so.
exchanging damaged or defective items
please let us know if your kit is damaged or defective upon receipt. email dopamine@melt-cc.com with a description and photos to help us understand the situation. if any damage or defect is something non functional we may offer you a partial refund to avoid unnecessary shipping.
refunds
if melt isn't for you, we understand and offer a 14-day window to return your order for a refund. the 14-day period starts from the arrival date of your delivery.
any returns must be shipped back to us in new-like condition. unworn and unwashed with original packaging and tags. used kit will be reviewed on a case-by-base basis, but we reserve the right not to accept used kit.
to return any kit please email dopamine@melt-cc.com and we will confirm the return shipment process.
we do not accept unsolicited returns and you are responsible for arranging your own shipping, which should be tracked and
insured to assure delivery. we take no responsibility for lost shipments.
any import duties melt incurs from receiving a return shipment will be deducted from any refund amount. it is important to note to your carrier of choice that it's a return shipment to origin (not an export) to avoid unnecessary fees.
refunds are processed upon receipt. once a return shipment arrives we will review the order and notify you via email when the refund is issued to your original payment method. please allow for processing time of 14 days.
taxes and duties
UK
for shipments to the UK import duties, taxes and customs fees are included in the product price.
other countries
taxes and customs fees in other countries are not included in the product price or shipping charges, so please check if any apply. these fees are to be paid by you upon delivery of your order. please note that local customs vary by region. our courier will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of any import taxes and customs fees.
if a parcel is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, you are responsible for any associated costs. this includes postage, return shipping, customs charges, and handling fees, which will be deducted from any refund.
